Description
Reducers balloon gas one-stage are intended for pressure decline of the gas arriving from a cylinder, and automatic maintenance of the set working pressure to constants at gas-flame processing.
Reducers of BKO-50-4, BVO-80-4, BAO-5-4, BPO-5-4, BKO-50MG, BKO-25MG, BAO-5MG, BPO-5MG are reducers of the general application for all types of gas-flame processing.
Reducers are issued for gases:
oxygen - BKO-50-4, BKO-50MG, BKO-25MG;
acetylene - BAO-5-4, BAO-5MG;
propane - BPO-5-4, BPO-5MG;
hydrogen - BVO-80-4.
Oxygen reducers can be used for air and other nonaggressive gases.
Reducers of BKO-50-4, BVO-80-4, BAO-5-4, BKO-25MG, BKO-50MG, BAO-5MG are completed with two manometers controlling pressure on an entrance and in a chamber of working pressure, reducers of BPO-5-4, BPO-5MG - one manometer controlling working pressure.
Reducers have:
certificate of conformity of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Gosstandart of the Russian Federation) - POCC RU. AYa04;
permission to application at the enterprises and objects No. PPC 00-21052 of Federal service under control to Rostekhnadzor for ecological and nuclear supervision.
Reducers of OKP 36 4571 are made in accordance with GOST 13861, TU 3645-026-00220531-95 and TU 3645-032-00220531-97.
For reducers the type of a climatic modification of UHL is established on
GOST 15150, but for work in the range of temperatures from minus 25o to plus 50o With, and for propane reducers - from minus 15o to plus 45o Page.
BKO-50-4 reducer identification number at the order:
"Reducer balloon oxygen one-stage BKO-50-4 UHL2".
In coordination with the consumer production of reducers with other connecting sizes, and also for work with other nonaggressive gases is possible.
