The state registration of the enterprises with foreign participation is made in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for registration of legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For the state registration of the limited liability company by founders have to be presented:

• the application for creation of association signed by the person authorized by founders for creation of association;

• charter of association;

• the document confirming introduction of charge for the state registration of legal entity.

Except the documents provided by this order, the enterprise with foreign participation has to present the following:

• for the foreign legal entity an extract from the trade register or other document certifying that this subject is a legal entity by the legislation of the country, with the notarized translation on Kazakh or Russian;

• for the foreign natural person a photocopy of the passport or other identity document of the natural person, with the notarized translation on Kazakh or Russian;

For registration of some types of the enterprises with foreign participation by the relevant acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan need of providing additional documents can be provided.
