Repair and modernization of turning shestishpindelny automatic machines and semiautomatic devices

Now the enterprise started the project of the modernization of turning mnogoshpindelny machines including:

1. Installation of one or two krestovy supports with ChPU with a control system and drives of Siemens. On architecture of mnogoshpindelny machines lower and average of a support make the main draft I will eat metal, and a support of the 4th and 5th positions are used for fair profile planimetric processing.

2. The system of storing of number of a spindle allows to enter automatic correction of the cutting tool because of an error of fixing of a shpindelny drum.

3. Change of a design of the mechanism of raising of a drum with mechanical on hydrostatic that allows to reduce wear of a drum and a bed, to reduce noise at turn of a drum.

4. Change of a design of a support of a longitudinal support. Support from a graphite - reinforced ftoroplast are applied that allows to work to a support with a constant tightness, increasing machine accuracy.

5. Modernization of shpindelny knot: replacement of roller bearings on allows to increase speed to 2000 rpm by radial - stop ball
