Representation of interests of the client in government bodies in questions of passing of drafts of contracts for subsurface use of necessary examinations and obtaining the positive conclusions

Drawing up the tender documentation for receiving the right of subsurface use;
• Drawing up all types of Contracts for subsurface use, including Contracts for Production and the section of Production, Construction and/or operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with Investigation and/or Production;
• Representation of interests of the client in government bodies in questions of passing of drafts of contracts for subsurface use of necessary examinations and obtaining the positive conclusions;
• Consultations concerning subsurface use Licensing; consultations on taxes and payments in the budget, to legal aspects of subsurface use, including full legal support of activities of subsoil users for the works which are carried out within the concluded contracts, consulting services at examination of investment applications and contracts for subsurface use;
• Implementation of procedure of transfer of the Right of subsurface use to other subsoil user, including transfer of the Right of subsurface use as a deposit;
• Tracking for the benefit of the client, appropriate execution of contractual obligations by it and protection of interests of the client in the relations with controlling (including law-enforcement) government bodies, etc.
