The plasma dusting is one of the most interesting and effective ways of drawing the protective and strengthening coverings on a surface of details. It is process at which the applied material in the form of a wire is entered into a stream of plasma and heats up in the course of the movement with a gas stream to temperatures exceeding temperature of its melting and disperses in the course of heating to speeds about several hundred m/s.
The term of operation of the most part of the discarded details can be prolonged by drawing antiwear and sheetings. Selection of optimum material of a covering for specific conditions of work of a detail allows not only to restore a worn-out detail, but also to increase service life several times. Heating of details at restoration no more than 120C, thereby is guaranteed lack of temperature deformations and structural changes of metal of the restored details. Our experience since 2008 in this sphere, allows to tell with confidence that this method of restoration of details is the best for time at present.
