Return osmosis

Application

Installations of the return osmosis serve for a water obessolivaniye. The purified water does not contain such soluble and insoluble substances as salts, colloids, solid impurity, bacteria, pyrogenes.

Principle of action

Thanks to elevated pressure (e.g. 15 bars) the conditioned water is passed through semipermeable membranes. The pure, completely desalinated water (permeat) diffundirut through membranes. The most part of the salts dissolved in water is late and is continuously washed away by water flow (concentrate). A part of a concentrate comes back to installation that allows to increase an exit.

The control unit provides the continuous operating mode or the mode depending on level. At inclusion of installation or operation of the float-operated switch in capacities for a permeat (during the work on level) the magnetic valve on the crude water opens, and the povysitelny pump turns on. After a while development of a permeat begins.
