В целом все устроило. Покупал водоотводную решетку для дома. Заявку оформили быстро , менеджер общался хорошо все рассказал и подробно проконсультировал. Цены приемлимые.

Так ничего и не понял из Вашей системы работы - заказ получили, ответили, что в разработке и...- жду до сих пор, а материал нужено было купить быстро...
Так что позвонил своим хорошим знакомым в Екатеринбург и они быстро - практически в один день организовали закупку и отправку нужных нам труб, тем более, что как раз туда приехал наш транспорт из Бишкека...
Так что сработали вы не важно, если не сказать, что очень плохо - вероятно, вам не нужны клиенты...
