The surface gage of Jet JPM-13 CSX has the simple classical design combining compactness, convenience of operation, reliability and durability. Thanks to these qualities, JPM-13 CSX is in a great demand for the most different users, beginning from fans of work with a tree and finishing with production joiner's workshops which need the unpretentious and reliable machine taking not enough place. The small weight and wheels which are built in the bases with a brake allow to move alone the machine on a workshop, and for convenience of storage the giving and unloading roller tables are made easily removable.
The most responsible parts (the planing module and desktop) are executed cast of cast iron that guarantees work without vibrations and high quality of planing. High purity of processing is provided with also three-knife shaft and an opportunity to choose the optimum speed of giving (3 or 6 m/min). All shaft of the mechanism are rubberized and do not leave on preparation of damages.
Change of knives is significantly simplified: access to them from above through a window under a casing of a struzhkootsos. For the rest the machine does not demand frequent service: from time to time change driving belts (they are two), grease mobile parts and control a tension of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of raising of the planing module.
The model has two executions: for one - and three-phase connection, in the latter case power makes nearly three kilowatts.
