Road complex laboratory "RDT LINE

The measuring complex "RDT LINE" represents set of the hi - tech measuring systems installed on the Van special car chassis (Peugeot Boxer, Ford Transit, Ford Jumbo, Volkswagen Crafter, GAZ - 3221 (Gazelle), the Gazelle of NEXT and so forth) and is intended receiving full, objective and reliable information about a transport and operational condition of highways.

The complex provides carrying out expeditious tests and diagnostics of objects directly in the place of their stay, with the maximum productivity, ensuring unloading and data storage in a geographic information system of the highways "IndorRoad".

Thanks to use of modern contactless measuring devices on the basis of microprocessor, laser, ultrasonic, space, pilotless technologies and the professional software it was succeeded to increase productivity and quality of measurements considerably.

The systems allowing are a part of a complex:

• to make panoramic video filming of highways;
• to obtain information on geometrical parameters of highways;
• to receive the detailed sheet of defects of a covering the size;
• to determine geographical coordinates;
• to fix parameters of engineering arrangement;
• to perform continuous measurement of roughnesses of a longitudinal profile of coverings;
• to perform measurements of elevation marks of a cross profile and assessment of rutting of a covering on lanes;
• to determine amplitude of fluctuations of a suspension bracket of the car;
• to determine thickness of constructive layers of road clothes, to reveal the sags loosened and the flooded sites, to obtain data on location of underground communications;
• to control the level of artificial lighting of highways;
• to define coefficient of coupling of a paving;
• to define the bearing ability (durability) of nonrigid road clothes of highways.
