Description:
The S - 252 furnace – as the energy carrier is used gas. The baking of bread can be carried out both in manual, and in in advance programmed mode. Rotational furnaces of a series "C" are equipped with the IBS system (Sveba Dahlen Sweden patent) allowing to carry out change of the direction of rotation of the rack cart, providing uniform process of pastries. Thanks to a smooth surface of the case from stainless steel, the furnace it is easy to clean both outside, and inside. The big window at doors of the furnace allows to observe process of pastries or its demonstration.

All furnaces of a series "C", Sveba Dahlen firm are equipped with the following system:
- System of IBS rotation – patent system of the Sveba Dahlen company. The principle of this system consists in serial change of the direction of rotation of rack carts in the furnace. During baking of products in a baking chamber only the unidirectional thermal streams are formed of the heat exchanger. At rotation of the cart only in one direction, the thermal stream "meets" one party of a product, and "sees off" another. It means that the "counter" stream heats much more, than "seeing off", i. e. actually the pastries and, itself propek products occur unevenly and demand an extra time. The IBS system by serial change of rotation allows to normalize these processes and, it is natural to reduce time and quality of pastries. Such processes at first sight seem insignificant, but, thanks to correctly distributed thermal streams, on large volumes, at long - term use of the furnace there is an essential economy of the consumed energy (gas) that leads to faster payback of the furnace.
- The maximum temperature of pastries – 300 0C (there is a limiter).
- The standard control panel installed on these furnaces allows to program and remember up to 99 various recipes and the modes of pastries.
- Configuration of the equipment: unlike most of the famous producers, Sveba Dahlen furnaces do not demand special working zones for service behind and sideways furnaces. All service and repair is made in front – furnaces have easy access to all schemes and mechanisms that is an important factor as saves costs of a call of expensive specialists of firm supplier (even small repair). Thus, furnaces can be put closely to each other.

The S - 252 furnace allows to use any types of carts with a diameter of speakers of parts no more than 1.050 mm. The standard sizes 600 * 800 mm are more opposite.
EXAMPLE of calculation of the area of sweat: "S - 252" allows to use to loading 1 cart with sizes of baking sheets of 600 * 800 mm. At distance between baking sheets of 85 mm the cart will have 18 levels, at 102 mm (under long loafs) will have 15 levels, i. e. the total maximum area of sweat will make – 8,64 sq. m and, respectively 7,2 sq. m.
