Rotor cars for series R cookies

Rotor cars for cookies of series R are intended for molding of sugar cookie with function of jigging of products on baking sheets.

Characteristics:

• System for very fast replacement of the forming rotor;
• Electronic system of change of speed, by means of the motor-reducer managed by inverter;
• Automatic system of cleaning of tape from hlopok and the automatic device of removal of offcuts via the motorized tape conveyor;
• Opportunity to install plastering devices (at once or in the future).
  
  Productivity depends on weight and the size of products. The maximum productivity for products with average weight of product of 6 g:
  the R2 type - 300 kg/h;
  the R3 type - 360 kg/h.
  
  Depending on adjustment of the car the speed of molding makes from 3 to 15 baking sheets a minute;
