In need of receiving thinner product, a crusher of HIC are delivered with an additional third plate, execution of GB.
When crushing high - abrasive materials of a crusher are equipped with plates, plates and armor from wearproof alloys.
Configuration of crushers considers the maximum simplification of service and scheduled works. For simplification of access to a crusher when replacing spare parts, disclosure of the most part of the case with both reflective plates by means of hydraulic system is provided. Rigid fastening of plates of a rotor minimizes wear from the adjusting planes in the rotor case. Separate adjustment of a distance between reflective plates, a rotor, and separate adjustment of tension of shock - absorbers, also guarantees simplicity of leaving and accuracy of adjustment.
