RZA cases for substations of 35 kV

Cases of relay protection and automatic equipment are intended for installation in the all-substation control centers (ASCC) or in complete distributing devices of external installation (KRUN).

Cases are completed with blocks of relay protection of the BMRZ-100 series , devices of the central protection BMTsS-40 , the reliable switching and protective equipment, light-signal elements of the leading global manufacturers. Cases of cases - Rittal.

Division of cases into sets and zones of service provides convenience of installation and operation.

Circuit and constructive decisions allow to execute the RZA PS full complex of 35 kV even in the conditions of limited space and in a difficult electromagnetic situation.

For installation of the equipment in KRUNY or under the constrained placement conditions special small-sized executions of cases are provided in OPU.

When developing cases and releasing design documentation the modern computer-aided engineering system E3.series is used that is a quality guarantee of the proposed solutions.

The developed standard solutions of cases of RZA at design of object easily adapt under needs of the customer no more than 2 working days in time. All documentation is quickly provided for development of projects.

Sets of protection and automatic equipment

RZA cases for substations of 35 kV are completed with blocks of relay protection BMRZ-15kh and devices of the central BMTsS-40 alarm system.

The BMRZ-153-D-UZT block is used to protection of power transformers.

Blocks on the BMRZ-152 base (one device, various software) are used to all other accessions, including automatic equipment of regulation of tension of the transformer. On the basis of BMRZ-152 blocks protection of any accessions of a network 6 (10) of kV are also realized. In more detail in the section of the website "BMRZ-100" .

Thanks to hardware unification of BMRZ-152 blocks process of design significantly becomes simpler and costs of the ZIP decrease.

Cases are executed taking into account the principle of division into sets

The set is the logically finished part of RZA of an element of substation developed according to national standards of the Russian Federation. The basis of sets is made by BMRZ-15kh RZA blocks and the device of the central BMTsS-40 alarm system.

Each set has independent measuring, output chains, and also independent chains of expeditious food. All connections between sets are made through external ranks of clips of a case that allows to serve one set irrespective of another.

In cases qualitative and modern auxiliary components are applied:

As a cover the products Rittal (TS 8 series) are applied to cases of standard dimensions.

Organization of operational management of power switches

The control office of networks or the enterprise is considered the main place of operational management of switches of substation.

The reserve place of management the case of management like SHU-MT with mnemonic elements of primary scheme of substation is considered. The choice between the main and reserve place of management is carried out by means of a key on SHU-MT case.

By production of repair work, switches of accessions can be operated by means of buttons on the panel of blocks BMRZ-15kh. In it, for the purpose of safety of repair personnel, management from other places is blocked by a case.

Telecontrol, telealarm system, telemetry

The main way of signaling of telecontrol (TU) the way of transfer on digital channels of connection with use of modern communication technologies, for example MEK 60870 is considered (it should be noted that in difference from some other the communications protocols of exchange of information which are actively applied now, in the Russian Federation GOST P MEK 60870 strictly regulating data exchange acts on power generation facilities. Collection of information about position of all switching devices (HARDWARE) on substation is carried out through discrete entrances of RZA terminals.

Collection of information about analog sizes (TI) is carried out by means of the digital measuring instruments installed on a case of management of SHU-MT.

Flexible control

Possibilities of the software " MT Configurator " allow to make, in case of need, adaptation of devices of protection and automatic equipment directly on object: to change purpose of discrete entrances and exits, LED indicators and buttons of the panel, to create additional algorithms of functioning.

Additional opportunities

For synchronization of time of several blocks among themselves (this functional feature is extremely useful in the analysis of emergency oscillograms from different accessions), the PPS interface allowing to carry out synchronization of time with an accuracy of 1 ms is provided in blocks.

Synchronization of time can be executed as with use of an external source of time, for example the GPS or GLONASS receiver, and by a binding to time of one of blocks for substations.

Automatic switches of protection of operational power-supply circuits of devices of protection and automatic equipment, and also power supply of drives of switches of 35 kV have to be installed in a case of distribution of operational current according to requirements of separate food of these systems.
