Safety the valve - 39 MPV, the pulse safety device

The Pulse Safety Devices (PSD) of a series 39 MPV find the application in various industries for work with liquid and gaseous environments and meet the most strict production requirements. At the set high requirements for productivity one IPU is capable to replace several safety valves of spring type that significantly reduces prime cost of projects. Structurally IPU consists of the main (main) valve and the pulse valve (pilot) which, reacting to changes and using pressure in system, operates force operating on the top surface of a zolotnik of the main valve, providing thereby tightness in a closed position until pressure in system does not exceed the size of adjusting pressure.
At excess of adjusting pressure the pulse valve provides dumping of pressure operating on the top surface of a zolotnik of the main valve, thereby, providing opening of the last. At pressure decline in system below adjusting the pulse valve provides its impact on the top surface of a zolotnik of the main valve, thereby, providing tight closing of the last.
IPU can be ready for two modes of opening:
— full-lifting, characterized by fast full raising of a zolotnik at excess of adjusting pressure;
— proportional, characterized by gradual raising of a zolotnik it is proportional to increase in pressure over adjusting.

IPU configurations

IPU is closed — pressure on an entrance of the main valve is equal to pressure upon the top surface of its zolotnik.

IPU opens — the pilot cuts pressure on an entrance from the top part of the main valve and completely ventilates the last in the atmosphere is proportional to growth of pressure.

IPU is completely opened — dumping via the main valve. IPU is completely opened at excess of adjusting pressure upon 10%.
