Sand for construction works from crushing elimination

The Vishnevsky field of granites is located in Arshalynsky district of the Akmola region in 5 km to the east of railway station of Vishnevk, in 70 km to the southeast of Astana. Transportation terms of the area of the field very favorable are also defined by existence of the asphalted highway passing from Astana to Karaganda near the regional center and the railroad Astana-Karaganda.

Vishnevsky's stocks of the field of granites were approved by TKZ of the Central Kazakhstan geological management of protocol N 282 of 01.12.1970 as the raw materials suitable for production of traveling crushed stone, for road concrete, crushed stone for construction works and production of a rubble stone in the following categories and volumes:

As of 01.01.2001 in connection with working off of part of stocks in use balance reserves of mineral on a site Western make on category A - 3800 thousand m3, on category B - 4557 thousand m3.

Taking into account development of mining operations and stage-by-stage growth of production during 2007-2008, with finishing it to 1200 thousand m3 of a construction stone a year, security of the enterprise with balance stocks makes about 15 years.

Vishnevskoye's field is fulfilled in the open way with application of drilling-and-blasting works. For increase in volumes of continuous presence of the blown-up mountain weight, in June, 2007 commissioning of the high-performance boring complex "ROCL 6H" of production of the well-known Swedish company "Atlas Copco" will be carried out.

The blown-up mountain weight from a pit is taken out for further processing on the crushed-stone plant located in 500 meters from a pit. Export of mountain weight is made by dump trucks the BelAZ with a loading capacity of 30 tons, including three new units acquired in 2006-2007, loading is carried out by EKG-5 excavators.

Technological process of processing of initial material provides three stages of crushing in the closed cycle. The first stage - crushing of an initial product. At the second stage of crushing consecutive sorting of shredded material on fineness on commodity fractions and eliminations of crushing is made (sand construction). The third stage - receiving crushed stone of a cubical form to the relevant 1 group in accordance with GOST 8267-93 with changes No. 3 of 01.07.02. The third stage of crushing of a stone gives the chance of receiving crushed stone of a cubical form with the improved qualitative characteristics. So, since September, 2003, on career the complex of a centrifugal shock crusher DTs-1,6 which proved to be from the best party that was the basis for acquisition, construction, installation and commissioning in June, 2006 of the second complex of a centrifugal crusher DTs-1,6 of new generation, and increase, thus, since the specified time, the volume of production of cubical crushed stone more than twice is operated.

In March, 2006 the 2nd stage of the construction begun in 2005, new shchebzavod with a productivity of 1 million cubic meters a year is finished by our enterprise. Realization of the second stage of construction provided until the end of 2006 release of finished goods of more than 670 thousand cubic meters, and in the long term, since 2007 to finish the annual volume of release of finished goods more than 1100 thousand cubic meters.

The finished goods are stored on ground storages of conical type by means of system of tape conveyors and transportations of finished goods then it is shipped to consumers to dump trucks and railway platforms (hopra, gondola cars) with the subsequent transportation on railway tracks of the enterprise to station of an adjunction of Vishnyovk of the Karaganda office of transportations of JSC Temir Kazakhstan Oil Company of Zhola.

Loading of transport is carried out by system of tape conveyors from under a stack of finished goods and high-performance loaders of "Komatsu" with a volume of ladles up to 4,0 cubic meters and the loader of "Caterpillar" acquired in 2007 with a volume of ladle up to 5,0 cubic meters that in total provides rather fast loading of railway and motor transport.
