Sandwich panel construction (front, wall, roofing)

Series M sandwich panels (with filling by min. cotton wool) are made two types: wall a sandwich of the CM panel and roofing - KM. Each of the listed types of panels is made in several thickness. Profiling form linear.

Construction panels - a sandwich represent the structure consisting of 2 metal facings and the heat-insulating mineral-cotton filling (basalt fiber) .

Facings of panels are executed from the steel galvanized sheets covered with an organic covering. Class C285 steel according to GOST 14918-80, the dvukhstoroyena galvanized is applied to facings of panels. Thickness of a steel sheet makes 0,45 … 0,55 mm. Thickness of a layer of zinc 275 of g/m2. In the standard version, each of facings from the panel turned inside is covered with an organic layer about 10 microns thick increasing coupling of filling with a facing. From the outer side of the panel in the standard version of a facing are covered with an organic polyester varnish with thickness of a layer of 25 microns.

Filler of panels - the sandwich is basalt mineral wool . Density of mineral wool makes not less than 100 kg/m3. As glue the gluing composition on the basis of polyurethane is applied.

All types of wall and roofing panels have the mineral-cotton sealing laying, applitsirovanny in the course of production, providing the high density and water tightness of connections.
