Three-layer panels find broad application in industrial and civil engineering. First of all, it is the wall and roofing protecting designs for various buildings and constructions. All technological process of production of three-layer panels is divided into three main streams:

the preparation of a carpet for the core of their basalt cloth including operations on cutting of lamels and orientation of their fibers perpendicular to facing;
on the main line formation of profiles, corrugations and castle knots on metal coverings, drawing glue composition on them with further connection of coverings and a carpet of a basalt cloth in the press is made. At an exit from a press the continuous panel is automatically measured at the set length and cut off. Further the transport package is formed of panels.
packing of transport packages is carried out by a polyethylene film on all length of a package. Further the packed panels arrive on finished goods warehouse.
Power of the line of production of three-layer panels with a basalt heater makes 1000-1500kv.m in change (8 hours)
