Description
Multi-purpose polyurethane Retel Car sealant. It is ideal for vertical drawing, does not flow down. Gives in to coloring. It is recommended for application at construction of buses and trucks. Pressurizes and glues compounds of steel, copper, aluminum.
It is applied to processing of bodies of cars and containers, to works on laying of air ducts and central airs, in production of small metal and wooden vessels.
It is suitable for drawing on the naked metal which is smoothed out from a rust, the painted surface, welded seams and overlaps of metal, and also a tree, a brick and concrete. When drawing on rubber surfaces preliminary testing is necessary.
Thanks to good adhesion of material to various metal and plastic surfaces, the fine isolating properties, preservation by material the long time of elasticity is ideally suited for filling and connection of various parts of a body of the car.
Quickly hardens, it is steady against moisture. If necessary the subsequent grinding and coloring is possible.
The processed surface has to be cleared, fat-free and dried up. Temperature of a surface has to be ranging from +5 °C to +30 °C.
Application:
Sealant is applied on a surface directly from a cartridge or the pallet. When pasting details by means of sealant, it is necessary to establish the connected detail within no more than 10 minutes and to press strong.
