The self-regulating heating CLT-NELSON LIMITRACE cable is the tape electric heater with parallel conductors. The heating matrix is put on tinned with tin copper tires, consisting of a large number twisted a provolok. The fuel element of the heating cable is the matrix changing a thermal emission depending on ambient temperature.
Layer of thermoplastic isolation, napresovanny on the heatallocating matrix, provide dielectric firmness, moisture-proofness, protection against shock loadings and attrition, and also protection against chemical influence for a matrix. The cable is protected by a metal braid from the copper which is at the same time providing grounding on all length of a cable. External isolation from the modified UV stabilized polyolefin provides additional protection in damp or corrosion environments.
