MODERN TECHNOLOGIES
- Bi-phase technology of a defibrillation - a square-wave bi-phase pulse with control of the current (CCD).
When using a bi-phase impulse electric current once changes the direction during the category. Thus, current passes through heart twice. It allows to reduce almost twice current in comparison with the standard monophase impulse. Besides, the technology of stabilization of the current (CCD), provides invariable current throughout all category that does an impulse almost rectangular and eliminates, the damaging myocardiums, peak fluctuations of current inherent to other pulse shapes (exponential, trapezoid, sinusoidal, etc.) - Mode of a semi-automatic outside defibrillation (ANDES)
- One-time self-adhesive electrodes for a defibrillation (a defibrillation of "Hands Free")
- Storing on a CF memory card of all episodes of a defibrillation (including a curve electrocardiogram and an audio recording) with a possibility of viewing on the personal computer
- Use of new technologies allows to reach maximum efficiency of a defibrillation and to minimize the damaging impact of electric current on a myocardium.
FUNCTIONALITY

- The ANDES PRIMEDIC™ HeartSave joins automatically after opening of a cover with electrodes and at once begins to give voice and text hints on carrying out a defibrillation. When imposing electrodes, the ANDES automatically analyzes an ECG and, depending on the revealed disturbances of a cordial rhythm, recommends or does not recommend carrying out a defibrillation. As the decision on need of a defibrillation is made by the device, the rescuer needs only to implement the recommendation and to press the big shining button in the center of the panel to make the category. At inefficiency of treatment, the ANDES automatically increases discharge energy (up to 360 J) and suggests to repeat a defibrillation. After three inefficient categories the minute pause for carrying out actions of SLR during which the ANDES gives tone and voice instructions concerning with what frequency it is necessary to make an outside cardiac massage and an artificial respiration of companies in a mouth becomes. Then the cycle from three categories is again repeated. If after a defibrillation at the patient the normal rhythm is recovered - the ANDES reports: "The defibrillation is not recommended!" also ceases to gain energy for the new category, thereby, without allowing the rescuer, it is wrong to make the category which could do much harm to the patient.
