Semi-automatic machines of merging ShS-3 - + are intended to PS-3M for merging of short wooden whetstones on length. The machine shiporezny is intended to the ShS-3 model for milling of a gear thorn at a preparation end face (wooden whetstone) for merging on length. The machine shiporezny ShS-3 - belongs to unilateral shiporezny machines. The principle of work consists in the following: the package of preparations is clamped top and lateral by clips, end faces of preparations are cut with a circular saw, and then gear thorns are cut by a shiporezny mill when moving the carriage with the clamped preparations.
The press docking is intended to the PS-3M model for merging of short-length whetstones from a tree on length. The press carries out the following functions: putting glue on end faces of pieces, cutting of an end face of full-measured preparation at the set length, pressure testing of spiked products.
