The range of the fish semi-finished products realized in trade: fish of special cutting - in the form of carcasses and pieces weighing not less than 0,2 kg; fish fillet - pulp with skin (but without scales) or without it, separated from the head, vertebral and large costal bones, a belly film and clots of blood; forcemeat fish food undersized and low-fat fishes of different families in the form of special forcemeat of ice cream (with washing of meat of fish with water) and ice cream forcemeats (without washing with water); fish soup kits - on 0,5 and 1 kg from not full-measured pieces of carcasses, kaltychok, the heads (without gills), cartilages, spine bones from one or from different types of fishes, put a set of spices in a package; fish cutlets semi-finished products - the mass of cutlet are 45-50 g, big - 80-85 g; fish pelmeni - the mass of one piece 12 g, forcemeat - 51 - 57%.
