Description
The device is intended for semi-automatic arc welding in the environment of protective gases of the carbonaceous and low-alloyed staly small thickness.
The semiautomatic device is completed with the rectifier on the basis of the transformer with the mobile coil and the semiconductor bridge. The distance between coils of the transformer is regulated by a throttle, as provides smooth adjustment of welding current.
The block of giving consists of the feeder of an electrode wire and a nozzle. Speed of giving of a wire is regulated on the control panel by means of the 4-staged voltmeter and depends on the size of the output tension given on the drive of the leading clamping roller.
The special nozzle has two channels for a wire of Ø 0,6 and 0,8 mm and the channel for supply of protective gas.
