Designed for separating hydration sediment after hydration of vegetable press oils.
The separator consists of a drum, a drive, a separator cover, a receiving device and a control panel. The initial product enters the drum through the intake and discharge device into the inter - plate spaces, where the oil is cleaned from sediment. The purified oil under pressure created by the pressure disk of the intake and discharge device is discharged into production communications. The flowing part of the sludge is removed from the drum by a pressure disk, and the compacted part of the sludge, accumulating in the sludge space, is discharged from the drum periodically after 3.5 - 4 hours. The required pressure of the pressure disc is provided by a throttle and is controlled by a pressure gauge installed in the line for removing the purified oil.
MATERIALS: All parts and assemblies of the separator in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
