Separator with centrifugal automatic periodic discharge of sludge is designed to purify milk from dirt and mechanical impurities. As a rule, it works in conjunction with the OKL - 15 pasteurization unit.
The separator consists of a frame with a drive mechanism, a drum, a receiving and discharging device, a separator cover with a sediment receiver, a tachometer, a control panel, and a hydraulic system.
The use of a separator - milk cleaner allows you to increase the service life of homogenizers that are sensitive to mechanical impurities of whole milk and improve the shelf life of pasteurized and fat - normalized milk and cream.
