Separator milk purifier

Designed to clean warm milk from dirt and milk mucus. Used in small and medium enterprises of the dairy industry.

The separator consists of a frame with a drive, a drum, a receiving and discharging device, and a separator cover.

Semi - closed design of the separator with manual sludge discharge.

How it works: Milk is fed into the drum through the intake and output device and fills the inter - plate space where cleaning takes place. Under the action of centrifugal forces, pollution and mucus settle in the form of a dense layer on the inner walls of the drum. Sludge is unloaded manually after the drum stops. The frequency of unloading depends on the actual contamination of the milk. The purified milk enters the pressure chamber, from where it is discharged by a pressure disk through closed pipelines to production communications. The output of purified milk is equipped with a pressure gauge and a throttle for adjustment.

Materials: The drum, the intake and output device, the sediment receiver, the separator cover and all parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel grade 12X18H10T approved by the Ministry of Health for contact with food products.
