Description

The StepAdvance package is recommended to the Clients using in the work devices and applications, failures in work or failure of which involves serious violations or full failure in the functioning of information networks, telecommunication knots or another critical to equipment downtimes that, in turn, crucially influences commercial activity of the Client.

  • The service Center gives support to Clients after service of the computer and peripheral equipment, equipment of local and global computer networks, and also the equipment of telephone networks.
  • Within StepAdvance the Service Center renders to Clients the following services without additional fee within one calendar year:
    • diagnostics of the equipment and the software with use of methods of remote access;
    • the analysis of the existing problem and primary identification of the reason of failure in work of the equipment;
    • elimination of the problems connected with violation of functioning of devices;
    • departure of the technical specialist if there is no technical capability on remote adjustments and/or the reason of failure is not identified and/or the existing malfunction is not subject adjustments far off (elimination of the existing malfunction in the territory of the Client). The number of departures of experts on the territory of the Client is not limited;
    • the direction of the device in repair in case malfunction cannot be eliminated in the territory of the Client. Conditions of repair of the faulty device are defined by the Service Center and are based on official regulations of the guarantee maintenance established by the producer. If the equipment was not guarantee, then conditions of repair is regulated by the agreements reached between the Client and the Service Center;
    • temporary replacement for the failed equipment for the term of repair identical or the equipment functionally similar provided that such replacement will allow to restore operability of a network of the Client completely;
    • carrying out scheduled maintenance quarterly, including updating of versions of the software.
  • These services act on the Territory of PK. Cost Paqueta can be also increased taking into account transportation and overhead costs.


The best conditions of execution of inquiry (depending on the service level chosen by the customer):

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • arrival of the technical specialist during four (4) working hours on the territory of the Client from the moment of receiving inquiry
