Service of Standard Service is recommended to Clients whose commercial activity is not critical to failures in work of the used equipment and the software. Consultations of technical specialists of the service center for problems of functioning of the equipment or the software, and also departure of experts on the territory of the Client for adjustment or repair of the equipment can be required by clients.
- The service center gives telephone technical support to clients along with departure of experts on the territory of the Client. This service means the following steps of development of service:
- The analysis of the existing problem and primary identification of the reason of failure in work of the equipment and/or the software (remote diagnostics and adjustment in work of the equipment or the software).
- Arrival of the technical specialist if there is no technical capability on remote adjustments and/or the reason of failure is not identified and/or the existing malfunction is not subject adjustments far off (elimination of the existing malfunction in the territory of the Client).
- The direction of the device in repair in case malfunction cannot be eliminated in the territory of the Client. Conditions of repair of the faulty device are defined by the service center and are based on official regulations of the guarantee maintenance established by the producer. If the equipment was not guarantee, then conditions of repair is regulated by the agreements reached between the Client and the service center.
- The number of departures of experts on the territory of the Client is not limited.
- In case of failure of a critical element of the informatsiono-computer system and if technically possible at the Performer, the similar equipment can be given to the Client for rent (for repair). A cost, temporary and other lease term is defined in each case.
- This service acts on the territory of RK. The parties also agree separately about the cost of service works taking into account transportation and overhead costs.
