Telephone technical support of "StepPhone" is recommended to Clients whose commercial activity depends on operability of the used equipment and the software a little, however periodic consultations of technical specialists of the Service Center for problems of functioning of the network, computer equipment or the equipment of telephony can be required by Clients.
- The service Center gives support to Clients on service of the computer and peripheral equipment, equipment of local and global computer networks, and also the equipment of telephone networks.
- This Package means distant work of specialists of the Service Center for processing and the solution of problems of the client.
- Within StepPhone the Service Center renders the following services to Clients without additional fee within one calendar year:
- diagnostics of the equipment and the software with use of methods of remote access;
- identification of the reasons of failures of the equipment at partial or complete cessation of work of information network of the Client;
- elimination of the problems connected with violation of functioning of devices;
- modernization of devices and software (updating of versions of the license software, optimization of settings);
- information support;
- The service center carries out remote diagnostics of malfunctions with use of the equipment of remote access. If the cause of defect cannot be defined or corrected by methods of remote access, service tsentrnapravlyat technical specialists on the territory of the Client for carrying out diagnostiko-repair work on the place.
- The number of departures of experts of TTP is limited. The package provides up to 2 free departures of experts within a quarter. The number of unused departures of experts do not accumulate, and after a quarter unused departures are cancelled.
- These services act on the Territory of PK. Cost Paqueta can be also increased taking into account transportation and overhead costs.
- Granting the replacing equipment at failure of the equipment of the Client and services in initial installation in the territory of the Client are provided at additional expense.
- Discounts in need of rendering the services which are not covered by this Package are provided to the clients getting the Service Package.
Conditions of execution of inquiry:
The service Center serves inquiries of Clients in the mode from 10:00 till 19:00 in the working days of return of a call within one (1) hour and the beginning of work on the Client's problem during six (6) working hours over time.
