Service regional on replacement of the faulty equipment StepRegion
- The service Center provides support to Clients in service of the computer and peripheral equipment, the equipment of local and global computer networks, and also the equipment of telephone networks.
- This Package means distant work of specialists of the Service Center for processing and the solution of problems
- Within StepRegion the Service Center renders the following services to Clients without additional fee within one calendar year:
- diagnostics of the equipment and the software with use of methods of remote access;
- the analysis of the existing problem and primary identification of the reason of failure in work of the equipment;
- identification of the reasons of failures of the equipment at partial or complete cessation of work of information network of the Client;
- elimination of the problems connected with violation of functioning of devices;
- modernization of devices and software (updating of versions of the license software, optimization of settings);
- information support;
- consultations.

Replacement failed the equipment on similar is carried out by delivery of the replacing equipment to the territory of the Client, and also return of the faulty equipment to the Service Center by means of a courier service.

Service provides unlimited number of replacements in a year, however only the first two from them it appears completely at the expense of the Service Center. In case of the subsequent replacements, the Client oplachivyat all transportation and overhead costs connected with transportation of the replacing and faulty equipment.

Conditions of execution of inquiry:
The service Center serves client inquiries in the mode from 10:00 till 19:00 in the working days of return of a call within one (1) hour over time; transfer of the equipment on replacement to a courier service during 4 working hours.
