Description
Chushka Spit pig-iron L4 - an iron alloy with carbon (more than 2% C), divide into not alloyed and alloyed, containing chrome, nickel, manganese and other alloying elements.
Cast iron in chushka is divided on reefficient and foundry. Conversion iron can be melted into steel or other alloys for production of various materials further. Such type of cast iron is produced for the following technological needs:
for further production of alloys of the P1 and P2 brands,
phosphorous PF1, PF2, PFZ brands,
brands of high-quality alloys of PVK1, PVK2 and PVKZ,
for foundry production of the PL1 and PL2 brands.
Depending on a mass fraction of silicon and appointment it is produced: conversion iron for steel-smelting production (P1 and P2); conversion iron for foundry production (PL1 and PL2); conversion phosphorous iron (PF1, PF2, PF3); conversion high-quality iron (PVK1, PVK2, PVK3). Conversion iron is produced in chushka without overclamping, with one or two overclamping. Thickness of Chushka Spit in the place of an overclamping has to be no more than 50 mm. The mass of Chushka Spit has to be no more than 18, 30, 45, 55 kg. The number of fight of chushka of cast iron has to be no more than 2% of mass of party. Pieces no more than 2 kg belong to fight.
In low-siliceous conversion iron of the P2, PF3 and PVK3 brands, and also in cast iron of the PL1 and PL2 brands in small chushka the number of fight has to be no more than 4% of mass of party.
Foundry chushkovy cast iron is used for production of otliv in pig-iron and foundry shops. Such type of cast iron is presented by the L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6 brands.
The following substances are a chemical composition of the L1 brand: silicon (from 3,2% to 3,5%), manganese (from 0,2 to 0,9%), phosphorus (to 0,8%), the titan (to 0,4%), aluminum (to 0,006%), vanadium is gray (from 0.02 to 0,05%) (to 0,01%), also nickel is lame (to 0,015%) (to 0,04%).
Similar substances are a chemical composition of the L2 brand, difference consists only in the content of silicon — in this brand its quantity varies from 2,8% to 3,2%.
Similar substances are a chemical composition of the L3 brand, difference consists only in the content of silicon — in this brand its quantity varies from 2,4% to 2,8%.
Similar substances are a chemical composition of the L4 brand, difference consists only in the content of silicon — in this brand its quantity varies from 2,0% to 2,4%.
Similar substances are a chemical composition of the L5 brand, difference consists only in the content of silicon — in this brand its quantity varies from 1,6% to 2,0%.
Similar substances are a chemical composition of the L6 brand, difference consists only in the content of silicon — in this brand its quantity varies from 1,2% to 1,6%.
Foundry cast iron of the listed brands fully corresponds to the highest quality and is intended for production and further processing. Besides, there is a production of the LR1, LR2, LR3, LR4, LR5, LR6 brands refined by magnesium.
Molding from cast iron is characterized by quality which is guaranteed by constant stability of properties (including mechanical). These properties are enshrined in technical documentation and completely correspond to state standard specification 1412-85. Also quality of molding is provided with absence in its structure of freely allocated tsemenit.
