Drawing up the reporting - the service directed to single drawing up accounting reports.
Services in drawing up the reporting are rendered on the basis of the single contract. Drawing up the reporting is made on the basis of data of the accounting and tax accounting provided by the Customer submission of reports to bodies of tax control.
This service represents two various types of works:
Preparation and delivery of the quarter reporting as single accounting service happens in case during the reporting period conducting accounting was carried out. In this case specialists of our company will need to carry out (to reflect in registers of accounting) all necessary documents since the beginning of the reporting period, i.e. to carry out conducting accounting for the entire period.
· Invoices, consignment notes, acts of the performed works, contracts, cash documents of the enterprise;
· The labor orders and contracts which are again issued or signed, documentation on a salary, changes in the staff list;
· Order or protocol on appointment of the CEO and chief accountant, staff list. Data on the settlement account and bank details, references from bank that transactions of the settlement account were not made and the salary was not charged;
After providing primary documents by specialists of our company their processing and preparation for work is made. Then carrying out these documents in registers of electronic databases 1C, their processing, implementation of conductings and on the termination of quarter drawing up all forms of the reporting (balance, declarations, reports, etc.) is made.
When all necessary reporting is prepared, our experts will invite you for its signing, and will send it to appropriate authorities. After obtaining notices of delivery, our clerks will prepare registers of documents for transfer, will create the purchase ledger and sales, bank and cash desk of the enterprise. As soon as your documents are ready to transfer, the reporting period can be considered closed.
Drawing up and delivery of the "zero" reporting
is a delivery of "zero" balances or reports of the enterprise which since the beginning of the reporting period has no economic activity.
