Description
The KOSUN company makes Sitogidrotsiklonnuyu installation of the QZS series which is intended for purification of drilling mud fluid. After processing small particles of vyburenny breed remain a vibrosieve in solution. This system separates firm particles from liquid and returns barite in solution. Sitogidrotsiulonny installation of the QZS series can be used alone, and also in parallel with a vibrosieve.
Specifics and advantage
- In production of details of a peskootdelitel and ilootdelitel apply the following materials: polyurethane, high-chromium cast iron and ceramics.
- Peskootdelitel has from 1 to 3 on 10'' a cyclone and can divide particles of 40-100 microns in size
- Iloootdelitel has from 8 to 20 on 4' or 5'' a cyclone, can divide particles of 15 in size ~ 75 microns
- In the course of work it is possible to change a sieve tilt angle manually. It is convenient in assembly and operation.
