The main task of this machine is to obtain an edged board from a slab. Cutting edges and horizontal division of the slab is performed automatically without additional participation of the attendants in one work operation and can also be used as a two - saw edger.

The machine processes the slab, which used to go to waste, into a high - value edged board. Edge trimming width adjustment from 80 to 150 mm and board thickness adjustment from 16 to 40 mm. There are three feed speeds on the machine, which can be easily changed depending on the material being cut. All this gives the machine versatility.

It is possible to install two saw blades on the spindle, which spreads the slab into boards in a horizontal position, while increasing the efficiency and speed of processing the slab.

- the original design with two feed flanges guarantees a reliable feed of the slab through the machine;

- the clamping of the slab is carried out with an improvised load (bricks) and securely holds the slab in the zone of trimming the edges;

- at the exit from the machine, an edged board is obtained, which has four processed sides;

- the resulting board has excellent cut quality and high accuracy of the specified dimensions.
