Slab-ribbed machine GR-500

This machine is used:

• for high - performance processing of slabs and obtaining edged boards of a fixed size, set using a screw with a trapezoidal thread;
• as a dividing machine;
• as a second - row sawmill used for sawing three - edged timber into edged boards.

In addition, the machine is equipped with a mechanism for processing scraps obtained in the process of cutting the slab.

Thanks to the design of the copy - type feeder, the slab is securely held in the edge trimming area and the same pressing pressure of the board is ensured, regardless of the thickness of the workpiece. The feed mechanism includes a gearbox 1463A - TsTs - 1 - 52.

The presence of a textolite plate reduces the friction coefficient of the workpiece on the table.

The machine is equipped with a riving knife, which ensures high cutting accuracy, protects the saws from clamping and ejecting the workpiece in the opposite direction from the machine.

With the help of a hard - roller ruler with scrapers, sawdust is removed, which are discharged into an exhauster installation.

The machine is equipped with sealed bearings.

There is a convenient control panel.
