The exercise machine of Ski&Fit Club is the Kazakhstan's first alpine skiing snowboard the exercise machine on which it is possible to be trained in skiing and a snowboard all the year round, and also to train, without leaving on a slope. The exercise machine completely reproduces centrifugal forces which affect the athlete at the movement on an alpine skiing slope.
Training on our exercise machine, you will understand a carving essence, learn to operate skis and a snowboard at any speeds, to control position of the case and legs during the passing of turns and a razovyyota feeling of balance.
By means of system of virtual reality it is possible to ride routes of slalom and giant slalom. The big image of the route on the projection screen and a powerful binaural sound the movements on a slope make full impression.
The alpine skiing snowboard the exercise machine allows to increase force (muscles of hips, buttocks, backs, a stomach), to develop endurance, flexibility, coordination of movements.
