The SO - 50PBN/NS pneumoconcrete pump is intended for work on guniting (layer - by - layer drawing on different surface) and to the device of nabryzg - concrete, forcing (inventirovaniye) of solutions and other liquids in different cavities and arrays from concrete, stone, soil for the purpose of their strengthening, and also transportation of water mortars and fine - grained concrete by the minimum mobility of 6 cm, with fineness of fraction of filler no more than 10 mm.

Supply of concrete requires the compressor with a productivity from 5 m. kub. / min.

The SO - 50PBN/NS pneumoconcrete pump is used:

1. In the Pnevmobeton installation. The concrete mixer of forced hashing of 250 l with skip hoist, special frame of installation with the pneumoconcrete pump, vibrosieve and the vibrator, the pneumohighway and the block of electromanagement is part.
2. In installation of reception and transportation of rigid UPTZhR solutions. Represents the warmed van in which the charging bin of 2,5 - 3 m ³, elevator wheel with the rotation mechanism, the pneumoconcrete pump, vibrosieve and the vibrator, heating services and the block of electric equipment is located.

These installations are successfully used by the enterprises for repair of coolers and pipes of combined heat and power plant using modern dry mixes for seal of cracks, the passage of wells in body of coolers, waterproofing that allows to reduce repair time by 3 - 5 times.
