Sodium benzoate (powder)

Sodium benzoate (powder) (211) - preservative. Actively oppresses yeast, mold mushrooms, some bacteria (lactic, acetic and BGKP). It is stable at boiling. In the recommended dosages does not influence taste of products. Efficiency of application increases in acidic environment at pH 3,8 - 4,5.

Scope: in production of oil and fat products, sauces, products of processing of vegetables and fruit.

Description: predstavlt itself white powder with neutral taste.
