Sodium bromide (sodium bromide), NaBr - salt, colourless crystals, flavourless, salty taste. It is hygroscopic. Let's dissolve in water (1: 1,5) and alcohol. From aqueous solutions at usual temperature sodium bromide crystallizes NaBr×2H2O.
