Description:
• As much as possible simplifies process of coloring of the big areas of metal surfaces and hard-to-reach spots as does not demand cleaning of a surface of a rust.
• Contains the target additives of the European production (Germany) transforming corrosion products to almost insoluble connections which stop further development of corrosion on metal, providing its long-term protection.
• At the same time carries out functions of three materials: rust solvent, anticorrosive primer and protective opaque enamel. Excludes use of additional protective materials.
• High adhesion (force of adhesion) to a rusty surface.
• Quick-drying. Drying of each layer at a temperature of 20 ° C - 30 min., a final layer - 1 hour.
• It can be applied even on the moistening surfaces, forming the weatherproof covering steady against effect of salts, oils, aggressive gases.
• It can be applied to the strengthened protection of the metal surfaces operated in the conditions of hostile environment (intensive influence of salts, acid vapors and other chemical reagents at a temperature up to 60? С).
• Does not demand putting other protective materials, but if necessary it can be blocked by enamels and varnishes of type: XC, HV, NTs, PF, the EDS after endurance of the dried-up covering under natural conditions not less days.
• Maintains transportation and storage at negative temperatures.
• Allows to carry out painting works at ambient temperature to -10 °C.
For protection of the steel and pig-iron surfaces covered with the rust and the remains of an old covering which are densely linked to metal: metal designs, including large-size, with a difficult profile which cleaning is complicated (lattices, fencings, garages); at repair coloring of details of the car (wings, the bottoms etc.). The three-layer covering is applied as independent to protection of the metal surfaces operated in atmospheric conditions in the conditions of the industrial atmosphere containing aggressive couples, gases in the conditions of influence of salts and other chemical reagents.
