The PARTNER is a sowing complex of continuous crops.
The PARTNER is created under real a tractor which are available in each economy. The center of gravity of the bunker is specially displaced forward, the weight of the bunker loads in addition a back axis of a tractor, reduces pro - slipping and "does a tractor stronger". For work with a cultivator as capture 7,5m 175 hp there are enough. Even old T - 150 with the YaMZ - 236 engine will be able to sow our complex with a speed of 8 km/h (50 hectares for light day).
Continuous crops
The main difference of continuous crops is that seeds are sowed not by rows, and vsploshny, without row - spacings.
Therefore the continuous carpet of shoots turns out and there are no empty row - spacings. Continuous crops allow to arrange more plants on the same square. If at ordinary crops norm of seeding of at most 5 million, then at continuous it is possible to dare to sow up to 7 million. It will provide a bigger harvest from the same area.
Advantages of continuous crops:
- At each plant big area of food and good access of sunshine.
- Plants do not compete among themselves for food and light as it occurs in zagushchenny lines.
- There where there could be empty row - spacings, wheat grows. The useful area of the earth is used optimum.
- Just do not leave to weeds the place, everything is occupied with wheat, but not a bittercress. Plus economy on herbicides.
- At the time of seeding seeds and fertilizers are evenly distributed on the area and fertilizers do not burn seeds.
Continuous crops will always give by a usual harvest an increase + 3 … + 6ts/hectare. And any magic, just the PARTNER will more evenly distribute seeds and will force to work row - spacings.
Soil is influenced one by one by 4 types of tools:
- The cultivator - cuts weeds, sows seeds.
- Harrows - plan the soil, comb out weeds.
- Prikatka – arrives seeds.
- Shtrigelya – mulch the earth, close moisture.
The PARTNER sows for one pass at the same time carries out 5 sowing operations: cultivation, seeding, boronovaniye, prikatyvaniye, mulchirovaniye. No additional operations BEFORE crops are required.

Resource - saving
Essential resource - saving. For carrying out all complex of sowing works one tractor with the tractor operator and one dump truck with the driver suffices. The full sowing cycle is carried out for one pass across the field.
From the dump truck in the bunker seeds are overloaded with own loading screw in 15 minutes therefore special loaders are not required.

Moisture saving
From the moment of opening of the soil armed a cultivator to a mulchirovaniye shtrigely there passes 1 second. For such short time the earth does not manage to lose water. Moisture is reliably closed in the earth.
Continuous crops completely close the earth a shadow already in a kushcheniye phase. Direct sunshine do not get on the soil and do not overdry it. It allows to win time before emergence of cracks and will hold on till the rain.
At ordinary crops of a row - spacing it is not closed from direct sunshine, the earth dries up quicker and bursts. Exactly along row - spacings deep cracks appear.
The seeding monitoring system - pro - sowings are excluded!
On each semyaprovod the optical sensor is installed. These are two lenses directed at each other. They catch quantity of the flying by shadows. Monitor not only a delay of seeding, but even reduction of a stream of seeds. On the on - board computer the notification, and in case of accident – the sound alarm system is highlighted. Besides the processor fixes a lot of useful information: seeding speed, the number of the sowed area, existence of seeds in bunkers and so on.
The system is customized under any caliber of seeds, is reliable, the vlagoustoychiva, is not sensitive to jolting.
The bunker is divided into TWO compartments:
On 1,5 tons – forward, on 2,5 tons – back. On each compartment there is the batcher of seeding. It allows to carry out at the same time crops and to introduce fertilizers. Or to sow at the same time two types of seeds (for example: barley and lucerne).
Batchers are simple and reliable in use, are made completely of stainless steel.
As sow grain and fertilizers
In a small, forward compartment of the bunker - fertilizers; in a big, back compartment - grain. Granules and seeds pour down. The air stream from the fan picks up them, mixes and directs to the place of seeding.
That from what compartment of the bunker we sow:
Fertilizers and grain; lucerne and barley; siderata and grain – to be sowed from a forward and back compartment respectively.
Melkosemyannye (colza) sow through a forward compartment. There is enough stock 1,5 tons with the head.
If it is necessary to sow one wheat, without fertilizers (as it is done in Kazakhstan) we load grain into both bunkers. We adjust on the 1st sowing device 1/3 of norm of seeding, on the second 2/3 and went.
The norm of seeding can be adjusted from 2nd to 350 kg/hectare.
Adjustment is stepless, it is possible to expose any norm of seeding what you will consider necessary. The device can be adjusted easily under various types of seeds, caliber, humidity.
It is adjusted simply: to open from below the hatch, to insert a tray, to scroll 5 times - to fill coils.
Calibration: 10 turns to weigh, to divide figure into coefficient 13,5 (or to verify with the table).
If it is necessary to reduce or increase, we twist the regulator - we change coil volume. And to repeat calibration.
It is possible to sow everything that you will wish
Wheat, barley, oats, rye, sunflower, soy, colza, peas, haricot, lentil, corn (on a silo), a coriander, mustard, lyon, an amaranth, a thistle. Welcome everything, except corn on grain.
Prices for different types of grain fluctuate and if now it is favorable to sow colza and sunflower, in one or two years will sow more favourably an amaranth or barley. The PARTNER is universal, sows all types of cultures. You will be able flexibly to react to all changes of the market. It is not necessary to have a heap of specialized seeders.
What else it is necessary to do with the earth under crops by such method.
If an eddish fresh – we disk if last year's – it is possible to sow directly on an eddish.
If in the field the large vegetable remains, after corn or sunflower, it is necessary to crush them previously.
The PARTNER can work on all technologies of processing of the soil. And on the minimum technology (mini - till), and on zero (no - till), and on plowing (classical technology).
