Special and new problems of sorting - our professionBesides our universal cars for more or less standard process of purification of grain and seeds, we, of course, pay attention to special problems of sorting. It allows us to support also our clients in difficult questions of sorting of niche products.
In this regard Kimbriya developed the milling, and also tape sorting car.
The milling car the SRM 200 type sorts by the form surfaces of seeds and can sort seeds of one size, but with keen edges or having a rough surface from seeds of a round form and with very smooth surface. It is generally used for sorting of all types of a clover which is litter for a sorrel. SRM 200 can replace outdated and expensive magnetic powder separators, thus, saving huge production expenses and working space, as well as a manpower of the customer.
The tape sorting BS car is focused on the characteristic of rolling grains. It separates round grains from flat or, respectively, long grains. Mainly, seeds of sugar beet, peas, soybeans and grain of an identical round form can be separated from the broken grains, sticks or "double" grains by means of this very simple principle of sorting which gives a general idea about process of sorting thanks to high permeability of a surface of sorting tapes. The modular design allows to use several parallel sound boards to capture the wide range of productivity.
