SPRAYER BS-200

It is developed especially for economic and fast dispersion of cold bituminous emulsions for sealing of asphalt coverings of the small areas. This device, allows to cover with a bituminous emulsion 400 sq. m. for 1 hour of work, spending at the same time 200 l. emulsions.
The intake of a bituminous emulsion is carried out from a barrel of 200 l. , which is established on a strong frame directly on the device. For simplification of works when loading a container, the mini - road oiler is equipped with special reverse system for filling of a bituminous emulsion from external capacity in the barrel installed on the device. The system of heating allows to use a spray of a bituminous emulsion in cold time.
