Description: White powder with characteristic smack of starch, without foreign impurity.
Starch of hot swelling, the modified tapioca CBA-8858. It is stable at a freezing and is steady against high temperatures, the low pH level and mechanical influences. Does not show a tendency to a sinerezis.
Appointment: It is applied by production of ketchups, soups, dressing, sauces.
Packing: Paper bag, 25 kg.
Storage conditions: To store in the dry cool place protected from light in densely closed packing at a temperature not above 25 °C and relative humidity of air no more than 75%, in original packing.
Period of storage: 2 years.
