Stations lubricant MRT type (MPT-200, MPT-500)

Stations like MPT are intended for supply of liquid lubricant to pulse lubricant feeders and serve for a complete set of pulse lubricant systems with the electric drive.
The electric pump and other devices are fixed on the cover of a tank made of a steel sheet. On it openings for fastening of station to a car wall are also executed. The station besides the gear pump is equipped with the valve of drain of bubbles, the valve of dumping of pressure, the regulator of pressure, the relay of level and the jellied filter.

At the end of the set time of a break the electric pump turns on. The pump brings certain amounts of greasing in pulse feeders to car greasing points. Before switching off of the pump at the end of working hours it is necessary to check whether contacts of the relay of pressure are closed or not. If "yes" - that the cycle of greasing is complete. after dumping of pressure in system, cavities of pulse feeders are again filled with greasing and the cycles of greasing are repeated according to break time. Partial greasing is possible at short-term giving of pressure. Signals of malfunction arrive when there is no pressure during a greasing cycle, there is no dumping of pressure during a break or when oil level in a tank is lower than admissible.
