Multiple parameter flowmeters of steam from the VorTek Instruments (USA) company, the PRO-V™ series
and PRO-T™ is the following step in technical development of devices known in Russia under the V-Bar and Turbo-bar TMP trademark.
Flowmeters of PRO-V™ and PRO-T™ - use three primary sensors: a vortex sensor of speed of a stream (a turbine for PRO-T™), the thermometer of resistance and the sensor of pressure - for measurement of a mass consumption of gas, liquid and steam.
The flowmeter of PRO-V™ (PRO-T™) measures all variables of process locally in one point that provides the exclusive accuracy of the device, simplifies a configuration of system and considerably reduces costs of installation.
Thanks to completely welded design and lack of mobile parts the flowmeter of PRO-V™ provides high reliability of application under trying conditions to operation.
Installation through full bore the crane or a latch with use of the mechanical elevator extremely simplifies the subsequent maintenance priboraraskhodomer of PRO-V™ have the expanded range of measurement to the area of low speeds (from Re number> 5000) and small sensitivity to parasitic vibrations.
At measurement of a consumption of steam automatically, depending on change of parameters of the environment, carries out transition from measurement of a consumption of superheated steam to measurement of a consumption of saturated steam.
