Cutting and preparation of metal

Equipment BELKAMITA allows to cut preparations from sheet metal

Carbonaceous steel - from 2 to 200 mm.

Corrosion-proof - to 70 mm.

Besides, cutting of a profile of any section of 540 in size ×540 is made by mm.

For cutting of metal such equipment as is used:
Cars of plasma cutting the carbonaceous and corrosion-proof sheets up to 70 mm thick allowing to cut out;
Cars of oxygen cutting the sheets up to 200 mm thick allowing to cut out;
Tape saws for cutting of metal profiles of various section (the maximum diameter of preparation is up to 540 mm);
Scissors guillotine max cut thickness. 30 mm. width is 3 000 mm;
Profile max scissors. profile of a corner 125 x 125 x 12;
The longitudinally milling machine for processing of a face leaf up to 12 m wide;
Faskosjemnye of the car processes a leaf facet max thickness. to 50 mm;

Formoizmenyayushchy operations

BELKAMIT independently carries out:
cold molding of the torosferichesky bottoms from 4 to 40 mm thick and with a diameter from 500 mm to 6 000 mm;
rolling of sheets from carbonaceous steel up to 80 mm thick and up to 2,5 m wide;
to leaf up to 8 mm thick gibk on length to 5 000 mm;
it is flexible pipes with a diameter up to 50 mm;

Welding

The park of the welding equipment is made by 45 devices, including automatic machines and semiautomatic devices of Miller, Lincoln and Esab.

At the enterprise modern technologies of welding of metals and alloys are mastered:
manual electrode and in the environment of protective gases (argon);
semi-automatic in the environment of carbon dioxide;
automatic welding under a gumboil layer;
welding of carbonaceous and stainless steel, the plated two-layer metals, aluminum, the titan, nickel and nickel alloys.

Machining

BELKAMIT has big park of machines for machining of details:
Lathes with PT-755 ChPU; 16M30; 16A20; 1M692, the details allowing to process diameter do2 m....

And also, wide range of the grinding equipment.
