Steklomat is poroshkovosvyazanny

Steklomat is poroshkovosvyazanny, density 300,450,600,900g/m ², represents a mat from the fast-moistened chopped locks of average and small fiber glass fastened among themselves with powdery polyester binding.

The woven roving, with a density of 300, 600, 800g/m ², is made of the threads of fiber glass weaved among themselves in the form of fabric. It is used for improvement of physicomechanical properties of a product.

Steklovual, density 30g/sq.m is a fabric from fiber glass containing the glass fibers linked in a leaf polyester binding. It is used in order to avoid manifestation of the invoice of a steklomaterial.

The Stekloroving, linear density of 2400 tex is applied at fibreglass production by a dusting method.

Multiaxial fabric is the textile nonwoven fabric consisting of several layers of threads (usually to 4-5), focused in various directions according to the set scheme of reinforcing calculated proceeding from the loading rendered on a product. Layers of fabric are stitched by a polyester thread. As such method does not create an interlacing of threads, nonwoven composites can maintain big loading, than constructional or rovingovy fabrics for 50%.

Biaksialny fabric - two-layer fabric with a density of 400, 600 g/m2 with the direction of fibers on layers 00/900;-450/

Triax fabric - three-layer fabric with a density of 956, 1112 g/m2 with the direction of fibers on layers 00/-450/+450;-450/900/

Kvadroaksialny fabric - four-layer fabric with the direction of fibers on layers 00/-450/900/+450

Multiaxial fabric can be also made with "chop-mat" (a layer of chopped fiber glass) and filing.
