- it is intended for measurement of thermal energy, volume and temperature of the heat carrier, and also for calculation of quantity of the impulses formed by metering devices with a pulse exit in apartments and cottages with a small expense of volume of the heat carrier;
- is established either in giving, or in the return pipeline in systems with horizontal distributing;
- at the expense of a counter complete set a pulse exit or RS485 integration into the automated system of data collection (ASKUE) is possible;

- heat carrier temperature in the giving and return pipelines, °C;
- difference of temperatures in the giving and return pipelines, °C;
- thermal power, Gcal/h;
- the saved-up thermal energy, Gcal;
- date and time;
- the water volume measured by the counters with a pulse exit connected to calculating entrances;
- serial number;
- codes of mistakes
