Cuffs of TERMA-STMP are intended for anticorrosive protection of welded joints of underground gas pipelines with a two-layer and three-layer polyethylene covering of pipelines and branches from them without restriction on diameters of pipes at an operation temperature to +60ºС.
The covering received on the basis of the butt thermoseated TERMA-STMP cuffs according to the characteristics completely corresponds requirements of GOST P 51164-98 "Pipelines steel main. General requirements to protection against corrosion", GOST 9.602, GOST 12.1.007, GOST 12.3.030.
Temperature of long operation (in the established state) ― from-20ºС to +60ºС in soil of various aggression and humidity.
The cuff in a condition of delivery and after its drawing is ecologically safe, steady against destruction in atmospheric conditions, and also at contact with ground waters and the soil
Cuffs of TERMA-STMP are delivered in the form of a set. One set ― for isolation of one joint. Are included in the package of delivery: TERMA-STMP cuff, a castle plate of TERMA-LKA and a set of a primer at the rate on one joint.
The two-component primer on an epoxy basis is delivered in two capacities: pitch (component "A") and a hardener (kompont "In").
The cuff represents a piece of a tape of a two-layer design, consisting from termosvetostabilizirovanny radiation the sewed and focused polyethylene basis (possessing the increased resistance to mechanical influences) and the thermofusible adhesive (glue) layer applied on it.
